If, within 3 months of your purchase, you believe you have not received meaningful opportunities to participate in legitimate paid surveys and studies, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund
Active Participation – You must have actively engaged in the community by logging in at least once per week and attempting to participate in available opportunities.
No Earnings Claimed – If you have successfully earned at least the cost of your membership through surveys/studies shared in the community, you are not eligible for a refund.
Request Process – Refund requests must be submitted via email with your purchase receipt, Discord username, and a brief reason for your request. We may ask for screenshots or proof of participation to verify eligibility.
Timeframe – Refund requests must be made within 6 months from the date of purchase. Requests outside this window will not be honored.
Exclusions – Refunds will not be granted for users who were banned due to violations of community guidelines, such as sharing opportunities externally, spamming, or abusive behavior.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
If a refund is granted, your Discord access will be revoked immediately upon approval.
